Vietnam: 30 newest procedures for inspection of safety of machinery, equipment and supplies

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular No. 54/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH on 30 procedures for inspection of safety of machinery, equipment and supplies to which strict occupation safety requirements.

Circular No. 54/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam supplements and annuls certain procedures for inspection of the Appendix enclosed with Circular No. 07/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH and Circular No. 46/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH. In particular:

Supplementing:

- QTKĐ:11-2016/BLĐTBXH: Procedures for technical inspection of safety of lifting tables;

- QTKĐ:14-2016/BLĐTBXH: Procedures for technical inspection of safety of electric hoists;

- QTKĐ:16-2016/BLĐTBXH: Procedures for technical inspection of safety of hand winches;

- QTKĐ:20-2016/BLĐTBXH: Procedures for technical inspection of safety of hoist safety;

- QTKĐ:24-2016/BLĐTBXH: Procedures for technical inspection of safety of electric elevator safety no machine room.

Annulling:

- QTKĐ:13-2014/BLĐTBXH and QTKĐ:14-2014/BLĐTBXH on safety of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) supply systems at industrial and civil consumption places;

- QTKĐ:16-2014/BLĐTBXH on safety of metal gas pipeline system;

- QTKĐ:30-2015/BLĐTBXH on vertical well shaft safety.

Circular No. 54/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam takes effect from June 01, 2017, annulling Circular No. 07/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH and Circular No. 46/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH.
