Vietnam: 13 statistical report forms applicable to the Department of Industry and Trade

The Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Circular 34/2022/TT-BCT dated December 20, 2022 on regulations Statistical reporting level applies to the Departments of Industry and Trade of the provinces and centrally-run cities.

According to Vietnam's Circular 34/2022/TT-BCT, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued 13 forms of statistical reports to the Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally-run cities, effective on February 4, 2023 as follows:

(1) Report on industrial production index;

(2) Report on major industrial products;

(3) Total retail sales of goods and services;

(4) Report on growth rate of gross domestic product (GRDP); (New form)

(5) Report on gross domestic product (GRDP); (New form)

(6) Report on the implementation of the national industrial promotion budget; (New form)

(7) Report on the implementation of local industrial promotion funding; (New form)

(8) Report on voting results of typical rural industrial products;

(9) Report on the development of petrol stations; (New Report)

(10 Report on market development;

(11) Report on the development of supermarkets and trade centers;

(12) Report on the number of traders having e-commerce transactions;

(Currently in Circular 41/2016/TT-BCT, it is called Report on number of units having e-commerce transactions and is made according to Table 11/SCT-BCT)

(13) Percentage of operating industrial clusters with centralized wastewater treatment systems meeting environmental standards; (New form)

Thus, Vietnam's Circular 34/2022/TT-BCT has reduced 01 form compared to Circular 41/2016/TT-BCT.
