Vietnam: 11 objectives of digitization of the natural resources and environment by 2025

Recently, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam issued Decision 417/QD-BTNMT in 2021 approving the program for digitalization of the natural resources and environment sector by 2025 and the vision towards 2030

The program for digitalization of the natural resources and environment sector by 2025 and the vision towards 2030 is promulgated together with this Vietnam's ecision 417/QD-BTNMT:

100% of online public services must be provided at level 4 and on multiple device platforms, authenticated once, optimized and brought convenience to users;
70% of public administrative services must be arisen online application and integrate online public services with Vietnam National Public Service Portal.
90% of people and enterprises are satisfied with the processing of administrative procedures.
Maintain 100% of work dossiers are processed online (excluding work dossiers concerning state secrets)
100% of comprehensive reports, periodic reports and statistical reports of Ministry are completely created online, connected, integrated and shared on the National report information system;
80% of databases on natural resources and environment are built and updated on the big data platform with contributions from organizations, individuals and communities;
