This is the notable content of Decision 1166/QD-BHXH promulgating the Regulations on issuance/provision, management, and use of digital certificates and digital signature authentication services in the social security sector.
In Article 4 of the Regulation issued attached to this Decision, the contents specified in a digital certificate issued to organizations and individuals in units under the social security system in Vietnam, participating in transactions with the social security sector using digital signatures, include:
- Name of the digital signature authentication service provider;
- Name of the subscriber;
- Digital certificate serial number;
- Validity period of the digital certificate;
- Public key of the subscriber;
- Digital signature of the digital signature authentication service provider;
- Restrictions on the purposes and scope of use of the digital certificate;
- Legal liability limitations of the digital signature authentication service provider;
- Cryptographic algorithms;
- Other necessary contents as prescribed by the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam.
Note: The newly issued digital certificate in Vietnam is valid for a maximum of 05 years.
