Vietnam: 09 groups of tasks and solutions for implementation of socio - economic development plan and state budget estimate of 2021

Recently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued Decision No. 164/QĐ-BGTVT action program of the Transport Ministry of Vietnam on implementing Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP in 2021 on main tasks and solutions for implementation of socio - economic development plan and state budget estimate of 2021.

According to the Decision No. 164/QĐ-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam, in order to stick to the Government's goals and action guidelines, to complete the political tasks assigned by the Party and State in 2021, the Ministry of Transport proposes the following main tasks and solutions for implementation of socio - economic development plan and state budget estimate of 2021, specifically as following:

- Formulate and complete institutions, policies, laws, strategies, plannings and schemes;

- Transportation management and transportation support services;

- Ensure traffic safety, reduce traffic jams; disaster prevention and search and rescue;

- Construction investment management; exploit traffic infrastructure;

- To reorganize, renew, equitize and improve the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises;

- International cooperation;

- Science - technology and environment;

- Organization, staff and administrative reform;

- Inspecting, examining, preventing and combating corruption and practicing thrift and anti-waste.

Decision No. 164/QĐ-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam takes effect from January 20, 2021.
