Below is the content specified in Dispatch 597/CD-BCD of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on the implementation of concentrated isolation and post-management after concentrated isolation to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic.

According to the Official Telegram, people after completing concentrated isolation in Vietnam are required to commit to the following contents:

- Apply epidemic prevention and self-monitoring measures at home, notify the accommodation agency after returning from the isolation area in Vietnam;

- Information technology must be used to monitor the implementation of epidemic prevention and control during the monitoring period at home;

- Must make daily medical declaration for local health officials; if there are signs of fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, chills, loss of taste, immediately seek medical attention;

- Avoid leaving the house. If necessary, they must notify the police and local health authorities and strictly follow the 5K rules;

- If having to move to another locality, they must notify the Center for Disease Control of the province or city of their destination and place of residence;

- Test for SARS-CoV-2 on the 7th day after leaving the isolation area in Vietnam.
