Vietnam: 03 contents of implementing Resolution on joining UN peacekeeping

Ministries and branches shall inspect, review, and promptly detect legal documents that are no longer suitable or contrary to the provisions of the Resolution; propose competent agencies to decide or according to their competence to amend, supplement, cancel, annul, or promulgate alternative documents to ensure consistency, synchronization, and conformity with the Resolution. Deadline: March 2021;
The Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam shall be in charge of formulating and submitting to the government for promulgation a Decree detailing a number of articles of Resolution 130/2020/QH14, as well as coordinating with other ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and governmental agencies; shall develop and submit to the Prime Minister of Vietnam for approval projects implementing Resolution 130/2020/QH14;
Propagating, disseminating and training the law on joining the UN peacekeeping force.
