Vietnam: 03 contents of implementing Resolution on joining UN peacekeeping
Recently, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision 207/QD-TTg promulgating the Implementation Plan Resolution 130/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly on joining the United Nations peacekeeping force.

According to Vietnam's Decision 207/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister of Vietnam proposed a plan to implement Vietnam's Resolution 130/2020/QH14 with the following 03 main contents:
- Ministries and branches shall inspect, review, and promptly detect legal documents that are no longer suitable or contrary to the provisions of the Resolution; propose competent agencies to decide or according to their competence to amend, supplement, cancel, annul, or promulgate alternative documents to ensure consistency, synchronization, and conformity with the Resolution. Deadline: March 2021;

The Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam shall be in charge of formulating and submitting to the government for promulgation a Decree detailing a number of articles of Resolution 130/2020/QH14, as well as coordinating with other ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and governmental agencies; shall develop and submit to the Prime Minister of Vietnam for approval projects implementing Resolution 130/2020/QH14;

Propagating, disseminating and training the law on joining the UN peacekeeping force.
