Vietnam: 02 forms used in fire fighting work of People's Police

Recently, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam issued Circular 140/2020/TT-BCA on the implementation of fire fighting and rescue activities of the People's Public Security force.

Promulgated together with Vietnam's Circular 140/2020/TT-BCA is the Appendix to the form used in fire fighting and rescue work of the People's Police, specifically including:

Book of receiving information about fires, incidents, and accidents (Form No. 01);
Order to mobilize forces and means for fire fighting and rescue (Form No. 02).

Police units and localities are responsible for using these forms uniformly in A4 size in the form of printed or electronic copies and must not change the content of the form.

Thus, compared with the provisions in Article 4 of Vietnam's Circular 39/2016/TT-BCA, the forms "Statistical table of forces and means participating in fire fighting and fire fighting areas (Form 03); Tactical sheet for fire fighting (Form 04)" have been removed. Currently, only the above 02 forms are used for fire fighting and rescue work.
