Urgently Determine the 2017 Wage Fund and Plan the 2018 Salary Payment

To promptly determine the situation regarding labor management, salaries, and bonuses in the first quarter of each year, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) requests that the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities implement the following contents:

- Direct and urge the companies under their management to promptly determine the actual salary fund for 2017 and the planned salary fund for 2018 for employees;- Approve the actual salary fund for 2017 and the planned salary fund for 2018 for company managers as stipulated in Point a, Clause 3, Article 9 of Decree 52/2016/ND-CP;- Direct representatives with capital contributions in joint-stock companies, where the State holds controlling shares, to determine the salary and bonus fund for employees and managers in accordance with Article 10 of Decree 53/2016/ND-CP.
