The General Department of Taxation has completed the upgrade of the Tax Declaration Support application (HTKK) to version 3.3.8, and the Online Tax Filing application (iHTKK) to version 3.2.0, specifically:

- Update the resource tax rate schedule according to Resolution 1084/2015/UBTVQH13 dated December 10, 2015, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;- Update the special consumption tax (SCT) rate schedule according to Law No. 106/2016/QH13 dated April 06, 2016, of the National Assembly.- Upgrade the declaration function for the SCT declaration form (Form 01/SCT), in which:- Expire the SCT declaration form (Form 01/SCT) issued under Circular 156/2013/TT-BTC.- Support for declaring SCT declaration form (Form 01/SCT) issued under Circular 195/2015/TT-BTC for all tax periods.

From August 13, 2016, when declaring taxes related to the aforementioned upgrade content, taxpayers are to use the declaration forms in the HTKK 3.3.8, iHTKK 3.2.0 applications instead of the previous versions.
