Updated All Forms Used in Commercial Mediation

The Ministry of Justice has recently issued Circular 02/2018/TT-BTP promulgating and guiding the use of forms relating to the organization and operation of commercial mediation.

Issued together with Circular 02 are 24 forms to be applied in activities related to commercial mediation, such as:

Before November 15 each year, commercial mediation organizations, branches, and representative offices of foreign commercial mediation organizations must report on their organizational and commercial activities according to the form sent to the Department of Justice where the head office is located.

Circular 02/2018/TT-BTP is effective from April 20, 2018.
