Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 08/2018/TT-BCT to amend and supplement the sample records and decisions used in inspection and handling of administrative violations of Market Management as stipulated in Circular 26/2013/TT-BCT.

Attached to Circular 08 are all the pre-printed forms and self-printed forms (including minutes and decisions) used in the activities of inspection and administrative violation handling. Specifically:

- Pre-printed forms include: 15 decision forms, 15 minutes forms, and 02 general forms. For example:- MQD01: Decision on inspecting the compliance with laws in the production and trading of goods and services;- MBB02: Minutes on product and goods sampling;- MBK: Accompanying ledger.- Self-printed forms include: 14 decision forms and 05 minutes forms. For example:- MQD17: Decision on reduction/exemption of administrative violation fines;- MBB20: Minutes on the sale of perishable goods and items.

Circular 08/2018/TT-BCT takes effect from May 17, 2018, replacing Circular 13/2015/TT-BCT and repealing Article 11 of Circular 18/2016/TT-BCT.
