- Law on Social Insurance 2014;- Joint Circular 41/2014/TTLT-BYT-BTC on the guidance for implementing health insurance;- Decision 1399/QD-BHXH dated December 22, 2014, on organizing the implementation of health insurance in medical examination and treatment;- Decision 828/QD-BHXH dated May 27, 2016, on managing the payment of social insurance policies and unemployment insurance;- Decision 636/QD-BHXH dated April 22, 2016, on the dossier for enjoying social insurance policies;- Decision 595/QD-BHXH dated April 14, 2017, on the procedures for collecting various types of insurance, issuing insurance books, and insurance cards 2017;- Official Dispatch 1969 BHXH/CDCS dated September 26, 2000;- Official Dispatch 1614 BHXH/CDCS dated September 14, 2001;- Official Dispatch 4281/BHXH-CSXH dated October 29, 2013, on guidance regarding allowance policies for retired teachers as per Decision 52/2013/QD-TTg;- Official Dispatch 3228/BHXH-CSXH dated September 04, 2014, on guiding the adjustment of personal information in the dossier for monthly social insurance benefits.

Resolution 125/NQ-CP comes into effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
