Decision No. 50/QD-TTg was promulgated on January 11, 2018, to assign the leading agencies for drafting detailed documents of the laws passed by the 14th National Assembly at its 4th session.

Regarding the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Credit Institutions (credit institution), the Prime Minister directs and assigns the drafting of 04 detailed regulatory documents, including:

- Decision of the Prime Minister on conditions, dossiers, order, and procedures for applying for credit exceeding the limit of credit institutions and foreign bank branches (Clause 21 Article 1 amending and supplementing Clause 7 Article 128);- Circular stipulating dossiers, order, and procedures for approving changes of cooperative credit institutions (Clause 17 Article 1 amending and supplementing Clause 2 Article 75);- Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 08/2017/TT-NHNN (Clause 25 Article 1 supplementing Article 130a after Article 130);- Circular stipulating special lending to credit institutions under special control (Clause 27 Article 1 supplementing Section 1 Chapter III Clause 3 Article 146d).

Decision 50/QD-TTg is effective from the date of signing and promulgation.
