The Chemical Department has just issued Official Dispatch 1372/HC-VP in response to inquiries regarding the implementation of Decree 113/2017/ND-CP guiding the implementation of the Chemical Law.

When conducting export and import procedures for chemicals, organizations and individuals must present the following two types of documents to the customs authority:

- For chemical money export and import procedures: Export and import license for chemical money issued by the competent authority.- For chemical import procedures: Feedback on the declaration of imported chemicals through the National Single Window Information Portal (according to the form in Appendix IV Decree 113/2017/ND-CP).

Organizations and individuals are not required to present the following types of documents:

- Certificate of eligibility for production and business of conditionally produced and traded chemicals;- License for the production and trading of restricted chemicals;- Approval of the Plan and Measures for Prevention and Response to Chemical Incidents;- Control card for buying and selling toxic chemicals.
