Training for Commune Officials 2018: Maximum 05 Working Days per Training Session

This is the directive of the Ministry of Home Affairs at Official Dispatch 4962/BNV-DT on the implementation of training for commune officials (CBCC) in 2018 following Decision 1600/QD-TTg dated August 16, 2016.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has some notes on the training plan for commune-level civil servants and officials as follows:

- Regarding the training subjects: Priority is given to organizing training classes for those elected for the first time; commune-level civil servants and officials in difficult areas, lacking and weak in knowledge, skills, and professional expertise.- Regarding the training duration: For long-term training classes, it is necessary to divide into multiple sessions, each session not exceeding 05 working days, ensuring that commune-level civil servants and officials can still perform their assigned tasks well.- Training program: Depending on the conditions and situation of the locality, training can be organized in clusters according to the programs that have been issued.- The management and use of training funds for commune-level civil servants and officials shall be implemented in accordance with Circular 139/2010/TT-BTC.
