To urgently instruct the implementation of 2% interest rate support package for businesses in Vietnam

According to Vietnam's Resolution 121/NQ-CP, the Government requests to promote the effective implementation of policies under the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program (Program) as follows:

- Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam - Le Minh Khai, is responsible for organizing meetings of the Steering Committee, focusing on and regularly urging and inspecting ministries, agencies, and localities to ensure the achievement of the set objectives of the Program.

- The Ministry of Finance of Vietnam urgently finalizes the project on mobilizing resources for the program by reviewing plans for ODA loans and foreign preferential loans.

- The State Bank of Vietnam urgently guides the implementation of Decree 31/2022/ND-CP on the 2% interest rate support package through the system of credit institutions.

In case of exceeding competence, report to the Prime Minister of Vietnam.

According to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly's Resolution, the Ministry of Planning and Investment will soon submit to the Prime Minister of Vietnam a proposal to adjust and supplement the central budget capital plan for 2022. 

On that basis, apply specific mechanisms approved by the National Assembly to speed up the implementation progress, ensuring publicity, transparency, efficiency and compliance with regulations.

- The Ministry of Health of Vietnam shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with agencies and localities in, reviewing and continuing to propose a plan to allocate the remaining capital in the health sector of the Socio-economic Development and Recovery Program.
