To submit students voluntarily to terminate online commercial banking transactions

The State Bank of Vietnam has just issued Circular 01/2022/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 21/2013/TT-NHNN on the operating network of commercial banks.

Accordingly, amending and supplementing Clause 3, Article 5 of Circular 21/2013/TT-NHNN on the form of submission of a number of commercial banks' dossiers as follows:

Dossier of commercial banks shall be sent to the State Bank, State Bank's branches in the following form: sent directly at the One-Stop Department or by postal service or online for the application documents. following outline:

- Dossier to change the location of the branch office in the country, transaction office.

- Change records of transaction office management branch.

- Dossier of voluntary termination of transaction offices in the country .

(Currently, only the form is specified: sending in person or by post).

Note: Regulations on online commercial bank records take effect from December 1, 2022.

Thus, according to the new regulations, from December 1, 2022, it is allowed to submit documents for voluntary termination of transaction offices in the country by online form.

Circular 01/2022/TT-NHNN takes effect from March 15, 2022.
