To strictly penalize the act of instructing online gambling in Vietnam
Below is the content specified in Official Telegram 03/CD-BCA-V01 on strengthening prevention and control of violation related to gambling, betting on football during the European and South American football championships in Vietnam

According to the Official Dispatch, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam requires the implementation of the following task:
- Deal with organizations and individuals advertising, soliciting, and guiding forms of gambling in cyberspace.
- The Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control in Vietnam directs the force system to strengthen professional work, regularly review cyberspace to promptly detect and fight against online gambling and betting lines and organizations via the Internet, social networks, disguised video games, and illegal online games.
- Strictly manage account opening, control payment intermediary activities, make direct and online payments, prevent crimes of money laundering, illegal money transfer, foreign currency abroad related to gambling, betting on football in Vietnam.
