Recently, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Directive 11/CT-TTg on strengthening the direction of the High School Graduation Exam and university admission and vocational education in 2021.
According to the Directive, the Prime Minister of Vietnam requested the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam to take full responsibility for the exam, directly implementing the following steps:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely regulations and exam and enrollment information;
Build an information technology system to serve the organization of a nationwide unified exam and marking multiple-choice tests by computer, ensuring safety;
Organize inspection and examination.
At the same time, higher education and vocational education institutions publicly announce their schemes and methods of enrollment before candidates register for the exam; they prepare conditions for enrollment to ensure fairness and transparency.
In addition, the Prime Minister of Vietnam also requested ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to focus on implementing key tasks so that the high school exam and university entrance exam and vocational education in 2021 take place in the most favorable way.
