To strengthen the anti-corruption work in the Procuracy in Vietnam

The Procurator General of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested the entire Procuracy to continue thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing the direction of the General Secretary and Head of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption, negative "must fight corruption right in the anti-corruption agencies" and "the contingent of cadres engaged in anti-corruption work must have a firm spirit and courage to fight; must be honest, just, and impartial."

The Procurator General of the Procuracy at all levels and the heads of the units thoroughly grasped and organized the strict implementation of the regulations of the Party, the State and the sector on the prevention and combat of corruption and negativity;

Strengthen the management and education of civil servants, public officials, and employees, upholding the role of role model responsibility, cultivating and training moral qualities, political bravery, and exemplary work and strictly handle cases of intentional violation of the law, corruption, and negative behavior in the performance of official duties for deterrence and education.

Link Party building work with building branches and units and cadre evaluation associated with reviewing the responsibilities of Party members in performing tasks.

Implement synchronously and effectively anti-corruption and negative measures: To be public and transparent about the organization and operation of agencies and units in the procuracies; formulating and implementing regimes, norms, and standards in accordance with the provisions of the law and the branch;

Develop and well implement codes of conduct, professional ethical standards, implement regulations on gift giving and return of gifts; strictly implement regulations on power control in cadre work; carry out the change of working positions for civil servants and public employees according to regulations and assigned work requirements and tasks;

Organize the strict implementation of regulations on the declaration and control of assets and income of persons holding positions and powers in agencies and units; step up reform of administrative procedures, strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in management, direction, administration, and professional expertise.

Building a culture of thrift, no corruption, and negativity among cadres, civil servants, public employees, and employees.
