On May 14, 2024, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam issued Decision 412/QD-TTg approving the Plan for reduction and simplification of regulations related to business activities under the management of the Ministry of Finance for the 2024-2025 period.
The content of simplying procedures for registering examination for the valuer cards for the first time for Vietnamese citizens (Procedure Code: 1.006237) is as follows:
- Adjust the name to "Register for valuer card Examination."
- Replace the phrase "Identity Card Number or Passport ..." with "Identity Card/Citizen Identification/Citizen Card/Passport Number..." in the fifth information field of the Registration Form for valuation Examiner Examination and the third information field of the Work Experience Certification.
- Abolish the dossier component "certified copy of the identity card."
Reason: Individuals and organizations are not required to declare or re-submit information and documents that are shared and retrieved from the National Population Database.
- Abolish the requirements and conditions "Having the capacity for civil acts, clear background, professional ethics, integrity, honesty, objectivity, and law-abiding awareness."
Reason: The managing authority resolves administrative procedures based on specific dossier components instead of qualitative requirements and conditions, ensuring transparency and openness.
- Decentralize the resolution of administrative procedures from the authority of the Minister of Finance of Vietnam to the Director of the Price Management Department under the Ministry of Finance, reducing the processing time to 10 - 12 working days.
- Add an online implementation method through the Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System of the Ministry of Finance.
Reason: Shorten the processing time for administrative procedures, facilitating individuals and organizations.
