To review the Certificate of registration of vocational education activities in Vietnam

Below is the content mentioned in Official Dispatch 892/BCT-TCCB dated February 23, 2023 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the Certificate of registration of vocational education activities in Vietnam.

Specifically, some certificates of registration of vocational education activities have the following notes related to training associations in Vietnam:

"End of enrollment year ….., if there is a need to continue enrolling in the next year at the joint training location issued in the Certificate of registration of vocational education activities, the school is requested to report it to the General Department of Vocational Education for consideration and decision. ".

Therefore, in order to provide vocational education institutions with grounds to enroll students and provide tuition reimbursement, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam proposes to review the Certificate of Registration of Vocational Education Activities (including additional ones).

Furthermore, the vocational education institutions must send the review results report, the Certificate of Registration of Vocational Education Activities (including the supplement), and the official dispatch to the General Department of Vocational Education (copy) to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam (Department of Organization and Personnel) by February 27, 2023.
