To research and implement administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries in Vietnam

Specifically, in order to effectively implement Project 06 in the last months of 2023, the Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam asked ministries and branches to perform the following tasks:

- Complete the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures and papers related to population management at the request of the Government in 19 thematic resolutions;

Working closely with the Ministry of Justice, the Government Office submitted to the Prime Minister for permission to develop documents according to the order of shortened procedures, applying one document to amend many documents to urgently complete the amendment and supplement of administrative procedures falling under the deciding competence of the Government, the Prime Minister, ministries, and ministerial-level agencies before September 2023.

- Strictly implement the receipt and processing of online dossiers, not to delay or overdue the processing of dossiers;

- Review, standardize, and electronicize application forms and declarations in the direction of reducing at least 20% of the information to be declared on the basis of reuse of digitized data, completed in June 2023;

- Accelerate the implementation of digital signatures on mobile devices; research, organize the implementation of administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries.

- Focus on transforming the process and implementation of administrative procedures and public services from the traditional method to the electronic environment to ensure substance and efficiency;

Standardize and restructure business processes, build electronic forms, specialized software, speed up the process of digitizing records, and use administrative procedures to enrich the data warehouse, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses to not have to provide the existing information again.
