Below is one of the important tasks in the work of national defense and security specified in Vietnam's Directive 02/CT-BYT defense and security work in the Health Sector 2021.
In order for the entire health sector to perform well in national defense and security in 2021, the Minister of Health of Vietnam instructs units under the Ministry of Health of Vietnam to perform the following tasks:
For universities of Medicine and Pharmacy nationwide to review and report on the actual number of students studying at the school; Specifically: Full name, age, male/female, hometown, major of study, year of study; the number of students who have passed the reserve officer training every year; report to the Ministry of Health of Vietnam (via the Department of Planning and Finance) before June 30 and December 31 to summarize and report to the Ministry's leadership on the ability to mobilize the health sector for medical emergencies;
Develop plans for protection and relocation of medical facilities in situations of natural disasters, disasters, terrorism and war prevention, according to the motto "4 on the spot" and in line with the local reality, unit;
