To remove 18 administrative procedures in the family sector of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Vietnam

Specifically, the removed administrative procedures in the Family sector within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in Vietnam include:

- Provincial level:

(1) Procedures for granting operation registration certificates for domestic violence victim support facilities (authority of the Provincial People's Committee).

(2) Procedures for reissuing the operating registration certificate of the facility supporting domestic violence victims (authority of the Provincial People's Committee).

(3) Procedures for changing the operating registration certificate of the facility supporting victims of domestic violence (authority of the Provincial People's Committee).

(4) Procedures for granting operation registration certificates of domestic violence prevention and control consulting facilities (authority of the Provincial People's Committee).

(5) Procedures for reissuing the operating registration certificate of a consulting facility on domestic violence prevention and control (authority of the Provincial People's Committee).

(6) Procedures for changing the operating registration certificate of a consulting facility on domestic violence prevention and control (authority of the Provincial People's Committee).

(7) Procedures for granting professional certificates on caring for victims of domestic violence.

(8) Procedures for granting professional certificates of consulting on domestic violence prevention and control.

(9) Procedures for issuing staff cards to care for victims of domestic violence.

(10) Procedures for reissuing staff cards to care for victims of domestic violence.

(11) Procedures for issuing domestic violence prevention and control consultant cards.

(12) Procedures for reissuing a domestic violence prevention and control consultant card.

(13) Procedures for granting operation registration certificates for domestic violence victim support facilities (authority of the district People's Committee).

(14) Procedures for reissuing the operating registration certificate of the facility supporting domestic violence victims (authority of the district People's Committee).
