To reduce the collection rate of some fees and charges from July 1, 2023 in Vietnam

Reducing the collection rate of a number of fees and charges from July 1, 2023, to the end of December 31, 2024, for example:

- Fee for exploitation and use of environmental data: Equal to 70% of the fee rate specified in the Table of Fees for Exploitation and Use of Environmental Data promulgated together with Circular 22/2020/TT-BTC.

- Fees for the issuance of licenses for the bank's establishment and operation: Equal to 50% of the fee rates specified at Point a, Section 1, Fee schedule in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 150/2016/TT-BTC.

- Fees for granting certificates of capacity for construction activities for organizations; Fees for issuance of practice certificates in construction activities to individuals: Equal to 50% of the fee rates specified in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC.

- Fees for appraisal of construction investment projects: Equal to 50% of the fee rates specified in the Fee schedule for Appraisal of Construction investment projects (fee for appraisal of feasibility study report on construction investment or fee for appraisal of economic - technical report) promulgated together with Circular 28/2023/TT-BTC.

- Industrial property fees: Equal to 50% of the fee rates specified in Section A of the Schedule of Industrial Property fees and Charges promulgated together with Circular 263/2016/TT-BTC.

- Customs fees for foreign flights to Vietnamese airports: equal to 90% of the fee rates specified in Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 194/2016/TT-BTC

Fee for filing an application for protection of intellectual property rights: Equal to 50% of the fee rate specified at Point 2, Section I, in the Schedule of fees and charges in the field of cultivation and forestry tree varieties promulgated together with Circular 207/2016/TT-BTC.

- Fees for the issuance of licenses to manage weapons, explosives, and combat gear: Equal to 80% of the fee rates specified in Section IV of the fee schedule in Article 1 of Circular 23/2019/TT-BTC.

Circular 44/2023/TT-BTC takes effect from July 1, 2023, to the end of December 31, 2023.
