This is the content of Circular 49/2022/TT-BCA dated November 7, 2022 on grading emulation, commendation and discipline for reformatory school students, campers of compulsory education institutions in Vietnam.
According to Vietnam's Circular 49/2022/TT-BCA, the emulation standards for reformatory students in Vietnam include:
- Recognizing and sincerely apologizing for their own violations; truthfully declaring and denouncing the crimes and law-breaking acts of others they know;
(Previously, it was also required to provide all information about the student's and others' illegal behavior)
- Strictly abiding by the provisions of the law and the rules of the reformatory; actively preventing and fighting against violations;
- Self-discipline and active learning, labor, vocational training, and other educational programs and contents; well-implemented discipline, occupational safety and hygiene, and vocational training; actively promoting the emulation movement among reformatory students.
(Previously, it was also required not to have negative words, attitudes, or actions that adversely affected the collective of students or other students)
- Actively practicing and cultivating morality and a healthy lifestyle; being respectful and polite to teachers; having respect for their own life, health, honor, and dignity, as well as the lives, health, honor, and dignity of others; consciously maintaining solidarity, assisting each other to study and practice progress; striving to become useful people for society; implementing a cultural, disciplined, orderly, and civilized lifestyle; having a sense of protecting property, preserving hygiene, landscape, and environment; and
Vietnam's Circular 49/2022/TT-BCA takes effect from December 31, 2022 and replaces Vietnam's Circular 44/2015/TT-BCA.
