Below is the content at Dispatch 3511/BHXH-TST dated 18/11/2022 on strengthening solutions to reduce late payment of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in the last months of 2022 issued by Vietnam Social Security.

Specifically, Vietnam Social Security has proposed a number of solutions to reduce the number of late payments to a bare minimum, including:

- Regularly report to the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on the late payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance premiums by enterprises in the area to lead, direct, and request enterprises to strictly and timely pay social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance premiums in Vietnam.

- Strictly enforce the notification of payment results from social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and occupational accident and occupational disease insurance to the employer in order to encourage timely and full payment.

- Assign leaders and officials to regularly capture information on the operation, production, and business situation of enterprises to urge enterprises to timely pay social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance premiums so as not to incur late payment.

- In order to raise awareness and compliance with the law on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance among employers and employees, strengthen communication and dialogue in flexible and appropriate forms.

- Broadly publicize in the mass media enterprises that avoid paying large sums of money for social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance premiums, delay payment for an extended period of time, and so on.
