To promulgating 11 forms on copyright and related rights registration from July 15, 2023 in Vietnam

According to Circular 08/2023/TT-BVHTTDL, 11 newly promulgated forms on the registration of copyright and related rights in Vietnam include:

* The form of declaration for registration of copyright and related rights includes:

- Form No. 01: Declaration of copyright registration for literary works; science; lectures, speeches, and other speeches; data collection; journalistic works; literary, folk art and other works expressed in the form of writing or other characters;

- Form No. 02: Declaration of copyright registration for applied art works;

- Form No. 03: Declaration of copyright registration for computer programs;

- Form No. 04: Declaration of copyright registration for musical works;

- Form No. 05: Declaration of copyright registration for fine art works and photographic works;

- Form No. 06: Declaration of copyright registration for cinematographic works or theatrical works;

- Form No. 07: Declaration of copyright registration for textbooks and textbooks;

- Form No. 08: Declaration of copyright registration for architectural works, maps, diagrams, maps, drawings related to topography, architecture and scientific works;

- Form No. 09: Declaration for registration of related rights.

* The form of the copyright registration certificate and related rights registration certificate includes:

- Form No. 01: Certificate of copyright registration;

- Form No. 02: Certificate of registration of related rights.

In case the application for registration of copyright and related rights is submitted to a competent state agency before July 15, 2023.
but have not yet been granted a Certificate of Copyright Registration or a Certificate of Registration of Related Rights, they may continue to be handled in accordance with the provisions of legal documents in force at the time of application.

Copyright registration certificates and related rights registration certificates issued before July 15, 2023, will continue to remain valid.

(Circular 08/2016/TT-BVHTTDL only regulates four forms.)
