To prioritize the basic formation of the national infrastructure framework in Vietnam

On November 17, 2022, the Central Committee of Vietnam issued Conclusion 45-KL/TWon the orientation of the national master plan for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

The formulation of Vietnam National Master Plan for the period of 2021–2030 with a vision to 2050 is based on the principles and views stated in Vietnam's Conclusion 45-KL/TW in 2022, for example:

- Prioritizing the fundamental formation of the national infrastructure framework, including transportation infrastructure, urban infrastructure, rural infrastructure, energy infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and so on.

- Accelerating economic restructuring in tandem with innovating the growth model based on increased productivity, scientific and technological advances, and innovation.

- Prioritizing the development of a number of industries and fields with potential, advantages, and great space associated with new development space.

The formation and development of dynamic zones, industrial, urban, and service belts, and important national growth poles become the locomotives that propel the country's development.

- Establishing and expanding economic corridors along the North-South axis, as well as east-west economic corridors and coastal economic belts.

- Effectively connecting seaports, airports, international border gates, major trade hubs, urban centers, economic centers, and growth poles in Vietnam.
