To pilot advance payment of court fee on Vietnam National Service Portal from October 1 to 31, 2022

The Supreme People's Court issued Decision 273/QD-TANDTC September 15, 2022 on piloting online public judicial service collection and payment of court costs and general fees on Vietnam National Public Service Portal.

In particular, the list of courts that piloted online public judicial services to collect and pay court fee advances and court fees on Vietnam National Public Service Portal includes:

- People's Court of Long Bien District, Hanoi;

- People's Court of Dong Da district, Hanoi;

- People's Court of Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi;

- People's Court of Gia Lam district, Hanoi;

- People's Court of Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

Pilot implementation period: From October 1, 2022 to the end of October 31, 2022.

In addition, the responsibilities of the Chief Justices of the People's Courts selected for pilot implementation are as follows:

- Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the General Department of the Supreme People's Court in, organizing the implementation of online public judicial services for the collection and payment of court fees and court fee advances on Vietnam National Public Service Portal at their units.

- Direct cadres and civil servants to seriously implement the pilot implementation of online public judicial services to collect and pay advance court fees and charges on Vietnam National Public Service Portal.

- Propagate and guide people and businesses about the benefits and utilities of using online public justice services to collect and pay advance court fees and court fees on Vietnam National Public Service Portal.

Vietnam's Decision 273/QD-TANDTC takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
