To organize inspection of the implementation of the Law on Mediation at grassroots level in 06 provinces in Vietnam

The Ministry of Justice of Vietnam shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and relevant agencies and organizations in, setting up inspection teams to directly organize inspection in 06 provinces.

Specifically, the time to check the implementation of the Law on Mediation at grassroots level in 06 provinces is expected as follows:

- May 2023: Inspected in Binh Thuan, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai provinces.

- June 2023: Inspection in Cao Bang province, Bac Kan province.

- July 2023: Inspection in Binh Phuoc province.

The specific time and schedule will be announced by the Ministry of Justice after reaching agreement with the Directors of the Departments of Justice of the provinces and cities being examined.

In which, the inspected subjects include: representatives of the Department of Justice, the Justice Department; civil servant - Civil status; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, local socio-political organizations at all levels, village heads, population group leaders, representatives of mass organizations in the village, residential groups, mediators.

Funding for inspecting the implementation of the Law on Mediation at grassroots level in Vietnam

Specifically, the funding for the organization of the inspection at any level shall be provided by the budget at that level according to the current budget hierarchy and is taken from the annual estimate of the agency or organization in charge of the inspection according to the provisions of the Law on State Budget and other relevant legal documents.

Funds for central inspection activities shall be taken from the funds for law dissemination, education, and reconciliation at grassroots level and standards of people's access to law at the grassroots level of the Ministry of Justice in 2023.
