To issue the Charter on organization and operation of the Vietnam Stock Exchange

Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision 757/QD-BTC stipulating the promulgation of the Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Stock Exchange securities.

According to the Decision 757/QD-BTC, the organizational and management structure of the Vietnam Stock Exchange include:

Council members.
The General Director and assisting apparatus include: Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountant, and specialized departments.
Control board.

The Prime Minister of Vietnam will decide on changes to the Vietnam Stock Exchange's organizational structure and management.

The organizational structure of the specialized committees shall be decided by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange after consulting the owner's representative agency.

In addition, Decision 757/QD-BTC also stipulates more details about the charter capital and operating capital of the Vietnam Stock Exchange as follows:

The chartered capital of the Vietnam Stock Exchange is 3,000 billion VND;
The adjustment of the charter capital of the Stock Exchange of Vietnam shall comply with the provisions of the law;
The Vietnam Stock Exchange's operating capital consists of enterprise equity, mobilized capital, and other lawful capital sources as prescribed by law.
