To issue guidance on job positions for professional civil servants in the education sector in the third quarter of 2023 in Vietnam

In tasks, solutions include completing the construction of job positions, titles, and leadership positions; managing payroll and reshaping the contingent of cadres, civil servants, and public employees of each organization, agency, or unit according to their job positions; determining their tasks; and issuing instructions on the position of professional civil servants in the education sector (Quarter III/2023).

In addition, at the task, this solution also defines other contents as follows:

- Guidance on leadership and management positions and specialized professional titles and the structure of civil servants by professional title in public non-business units in the education and training sector/field.

- Guiding the norm of the number of people working in public non-business units in the education and training sector/field.

- Reviewing and amending the norms of students/classes and the norms of teachers/classes to suit the implementation of the 2019 Education Law, the renovation of general education curricula and textbooks, and the characteristics and actual conditions of each region, region, region, and locality.

- Reviewing, approving, and adjusting the positions of civil servants and public employees, the structure of civil servant ranks, and the structure of public employees according to professional titles according to the guidance of the Ministry of Home Affairs and line ministries, as the basis for determining the payroll; payroll management by job position.
