To increase expenditure on drafting resolutions of People's Councils and decisions of People's Committees at all levels in Vietnam

According to the Circular, the expenditure levels for drafting resolutions of People's Council of Vietnam, decisions of People's Committees at all levels (province, district, commune) in Vietnam and legal documents of local authorities in special administrative-economic units are as follows:

- Draft resolution of the People's Council of Vietnam:

+ Provincial level: 30 million VND/draft;

(Compared to current expenditure, increase from 10 million VND to 30 million VND)

+ District level: 15 million VND/draft;

(Compared to current expenditure, increase from 8 million VND to 15 million VND)

+ Commune level: 10 million VND/draft.

(Compared to the current, increase from 6 million VND to 10 million VND)

- Draft decision of the People's Committee of Vietnam:

+ Provincial level: 20 million VND/draft;

(Compared to current expenditure, increase from 10 million VND to 20 million VND)

+ District level: 10 million VND/draft;

(Compared to current expenditure, increase from 8 million VND to 10 million VND)

+ Commune level: 8 million VND/draft.

(Compared to current expenditure, increase from 6 million to 8 million dong)

- Legal documents of local authorities in special administrative - economic units: 15 million VND/document.

(Compared to current expenditure, increase from 10 million VND to 15 million VND)

- For documents amending and supplementing a number of articles: The budget allocation norm shall not exceed 80% of the allocation norm for newly issued documents or documents to replace in Vietnam.
