To implement the amended Law on Handling of Administrative Violations 2020 in Vietnam

Recently, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision 126/QD-TTg on action plan for Law amending a number of articles of the Law on handling of administrative violations .

According to Vietnam's Decision 126/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister of Vietnam requests ministries, branches, and localities to implement the following contents:

Organize a conference on implementing the law for ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Vietnam Social Security, and relevant agencies and organizations at the central level; The conference thoroughly grasped the implementation of the law for local agencies and units;
Propagate and disseminate the law's contents through mass media agencies at central and local levels;
Review, develop, and amend legal documents to be consistent with the law;
Organize professional training and retraining on the handling of administrative violations for cadres and civil servants performing management tasks and for cadres and civil servants directly engaged in law enforcement and handling administrative violations;
Inspect the implementation of the law on the handling of administrative violations in ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People's Committees at all levels, and other agencies and organizations competent to handle administrative violations;
