To fully annul procedures for sending labor agreements, salary scales to Department, Division of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam

Below is the remarkable content specified in Decision 338/QD-LDTBXH on newly issued, amended, fully annulled administrative procedures in the field of labor and wages under the scope of state management of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam.

Promulgated together with Vietnam's Decision 338/QD-LDTBXH is a list of administrative procedures to be abolished within the scope of management functions of MOLISA, including:

Procedures for sending enterprise-level collective bargaining agreements to provincial and municipal Departments of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of Vietnam;
Procedures for sending the salary scale, payroll, and labor norms of the enterprise to the district-level Department of Labor—Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam.

In addition, the decision also amends a number of other administrative procedures, including:

Procedures for registering the enterprise's labor regulations;
Procedures for issuing, extending, re-issuing, and revoking labor outsourcing licenses;
Procedures for withdrawing the deposit of the labor outsourcing enterprise.

In addition, this decision also promulgates the following administrative procedures:

Procedures for setting up a Collective Bargaining Council;
The procedures for changing the Chairman of the Collective Bargaining Council, the representative of the Provincial People's Committee, the functions, tasks, plans, and operating time of the Collective Bargaining Council
