To fully annul Circular on social insurance from November 15, 2022 in Vietnam

The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 18/2022/TT-BLDTBXH September 30, 2022 on fully annulling legislative documents, of which 06 circulars in the field of social insurance are fully annulled, including:

- Vietnam's Circular 58/2015/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 29, 2015 stipulating the adjustment of salary and monthly income for which social insurance has been paid.

- Vietnam's Circular 23/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated July 15, 2016 guiding the adjustment of pension, social insurance allowance and monthly allowance according to Decree 55/2016/ND-CP dated June 15, 2016.

- Vietnam's Circular 42/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 28, 2016 stipulating the adjustment of salary and monthly income for which social insurance has been paid.

- Vietnam's Circular 18/2017/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 30, 2017 guiding the adjustment of pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances specified in Clauses 1, 2, 3 and 8 of Article 1 of Decree 76/2017/ND-CP dated June 30, 2017.

- Vietnam's Circular 32/2017/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 29, 2017 stipulating the adjustment of salary and monthly income for which social insurance has been paid.

- Vietnam's Circular 35/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 26, 2018 stipulating the adjustment of salary and monthly income for which social insurance has been paid.

Circular 18/2022/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from November 15, 2022.
