Below is the content at Decision 25/2022/QĐ-TTg dated December 12, 2022 on fully annulling legislative documents of the Prime Minister of Vietnam.
According to Vietnam's Decision 25/2022/QD-TTg, 25 decisions and 5 directives of the Prime Minister of Vietnam are fully annulled, for example:
- Decision 41/1998/QD-TTg dated February 20, 1998 on decentralization of investment licensing for foreign direct investment projects
- Decision 08/2000/QD-TTg, dated January 17, 2000, on the exemption and reduction of corporate income tax for industrial, commercial, and service business households suffering from natural disasters, fires, and unexpected accidents
- Decision 139/2000/QD-TTg dated December 4, 2000 promulgated the Regulation on Honorary Consular Affairs of Foreign Countries in Vietnam.
- Decision 20/2006/QD-TTg on the development of education, training, and vocational training in the Mekong Delta until 2010.
- Directive 35/2004/CT-TTg, dated October 22, 2004, on strengthening the management of Vietnamese studying abroad
- Directive 02/2006/CT-TTg, dated January 23, 2006, on strengthening direction and effective implementation of fire prevention and fighting
- Directive 15/2008/CT-TTg, dated May 2, 2008, on reviewing 10 years of custody and temporary detention
- Directive 24/2008/CT-TTg dated August 8, 2008 on strengthening the prevention and combat of crimes and violations of the law on environmental protection in the integration period.
