To fully annul 03 legislative documents of the Minister of Justice of Vietnam

Below is the content mentioned in Circular 06/2022/TT-BTP October 25, 2022 on fully annulling a number of legislative documents promulgated by the Minister of Justice Vietnam.

According Vietnam's Circular 06/2022/TT-BTP, three legislative documents of the Minister of Justice of Vietnam are fully annulled, including:

- Circular 19/2015/TT-BTP dated December 28, 2015 on the legality check of the head of the district-level Justice Department for the application for application of administrative handling measures sent to reformatories and to compulsory education establishments and sent to compulsory detoxification establishments in Vietnam.

- Circular 09/2017/TT-BTP dated December 18, 2017 amending Circular 19/2015/TT-BTP dated December 28, 2015 on the legality check of the head of the district-level Justice Department for the application for application of administrative handling measures for consignment to reformatory or compulsory education institutions and to compulsory detoxification establishments in Vietnam.

In addition, Circular 1611/TT of November 27, 1996, guiding the implementation of the division of provinces for local judicial authorities, was also annulled.

Section I of Joint Circular 02/2008/TTLT-BTP-TWHCCBVN, dated June 9, 2008, is null and void, directing coordination in the development of legislative documents, propaganda, dissemination, legal education, and legal aid for Veterans in Vietnam.

Circular 06/2022/TT-BTP will go into effect on October 25, 2022.
