This is the content at Resolution 75/2022/QH15 on questioning activities at the 4th session, the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam approved on November 15, 2022.
According to Vietnam's Resolution 75/2022/QH15, the National Assembly of Vietnam requires the government, the Prime Minister, ministers, and heads of ministerial-level agencies in Vietnam to focus on implementing solutions to overcome the shortcomings and limitations, creating strong changes in state management in the areas questioned. For example, in the field of information and communication:
To continue to perfect the law on digital transformation.
To promote the development and exploitation of digital data, digital services, and digital platforms in Vietnam, increase investment, build digital infrastructure, and develop digital platforms for digital transformation.
To enact policies to encourage investment in digital infrastructure for regions with difficult socioeconomic conditions, particularly ethnic minority areas in Vietnam.
To early promulgate and effectively implement the project on strengthening and improving digital transformation capacity from the central to the local level.
To have solutions to develop the quantity and ensure the quality of human resources specialized in information technology. to promulgate a list of shared databases of ministries, branches, and localities.
To complete 100% of the national databases that need to be prioritized for deployment to serve the development of digital government and promote national digital transformation by 2025.
