To complete the plan for economic development of collectives and cooperatives in 2024 by July 15, 2023 in Vietnam

Specifically, the 2024 collective and cooperative economic development plan is built on the following bases:

- Decision 1318/QD-TTg dated July 22, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the Plan for economic development of collectives and Cooperatives for the period of 2021–2025

- Section C.I.2.a) Directive 21/CT-TTg dated June 10, 2023, of the Prime Minister on the elaboration of the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate in 2024.

Based on the above grounds, the Ministry of Planning and Investment proposes the ministries, branches, and localities develop a plan for the economic development of collectives and cooperatives in 2024 (Attached outline) to integrate into the draft socio-economic development plan of the sector, field, or area in charge;

At the same time, send it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment to summarize and promulgate the national collective and cooperative economic development plan.

Report in writing to the Ministry of Planning and Investment before July 15, 2023 (soft copy sent to cucpthtx@mpi.gov.vn) for synthesis and reporting.

For ministries, branches, and localities that need to support non-business capital from the central budget, it is recommended to prepare budget estimates for performing tasks and send them to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Finance according to Article 14 of Circular 124/2021/TT-BTC, guiding the financial mechanism, management, and use of funds from the program to support the development of collective economies and cooperatives in the period of 2021–2025 promulgated together with Decision 1804/QD-TTg dated 11/13/2020.
