This is the content specified in Official Dispatch 5234/LDTBXH-BTTTT dated December 23, 2022 guiding non-cash payments to beneficiaries of social security policies in Vietnam.

According to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 5234/LDTBXH-BTTTT, the work of collecting, updating, and authenticating information on the initial non-cash payment support accounts of the subjects strives to be completed in the first quarter of 2023. The collection, updating, and verification of information about the subjects' accounts is done regularly, monthly, before each payment period in Vietnam.

Information collected includes the following minimum information fields:

- Full name

- Date of Birth

- Personal identification number or citizen identification number.

- Permanent address (city, town, or province)

- The subject's account number for social security benefits or the account of an authorized individual (including bank accounts, e-wallets, mobile money accounts, and other legal forms).

- Name of the bank or service provider where the subject opens the account or where the individual is authorized to open the account
