The Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam issued Directive01/CT-VKSTC dated December 2, 2022 on the work of the People's Procuracy in 2023.

According to Vietnam's Directive 01/CT-VKSTC, the work of the People's Procuracy of Vietnam in 2023 is regulated as follows:

Heads of units, heads of procurement at all levels, and collective leaders of units must focus on building and maintaining solidarity; further raise the role and responsibility of setting an example, cultivating and practicing ethics, and being exemplary at work;

Assigning and using the existing staff of each unit rationally and effectively.

Strengthening the training and self-training of cadres by assigning jobs in the direction of "selecting people according to job requirements";

Properly assessing the working ability of each cadre to arrange, assign, and change working positions in order to train and promote each cadre's forte, prevent corruption, maintain focus, and at the same time protect officers in the performance of their duties.

Tightening discipline and performing official duties with discipline;

Strengthening inspection and self-inspection in the unit and strictly handling violations and negative effects of cadres and civil servants in the process of performing their assigned functions and tasks.

Those units whose leaders proactively detect and strictly handle violations based on the nature, extent, and consequences of violations that are prevented and remedied will not be assessed on the emulation achievements of their units.

If, through inspection, the superior's inspectors detect violations and handle them, they will consider and strictly handle the responsibility of the person in charge, the head of that unit.

More details can be found in Vietnam's Directive 01/CT-VKSTC, issued on December 2, 2022.
