Below is the content at the Plan 115/KH-BCD389 on December 10, 2022 on the peak of anti-smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeit goods on the occasion before, during and after the Lunar New Year of the year of the Rabbit 2023.

According to Vietnam's Plan 115/KH-BCD389, some tasks of the 389 Steering Committee of ministries, branches, and localities in Vietnam are as follows:

- Create and direct the organization's implementation of the Peak Plan against smuggling, commercial fraud, and counterfeiting on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit 2023 in Vietnam;

- Actively grasp the situation; identify methods and tricks of smuggling, commercial fraud, and counterfeit goods;

- Recognize key objects, routes, areas, and commodities that require concentrated forces, means, and combat measures;

- Strictly control wholesale markets, trade centers, agents, grocery stores, e-commerce trading floors, buy and sell online,...

+ Detect trade abuse as soon as possible, transport prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, goods infringing intellectual property rights,...

+ Pay special attention to conditionally imported goods, goods with high tax rates, prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, and goods serving consumption needs during the Lunar New Year, such as firecrackers, high fashion, food, alcohol, beer, confectionery, fruit, and so on.

Start day: From December 10, 2022, to February 15, 2023.
