The content mentioned in Circular 10/2024/TT-BNV dated August 10, 2024, annuls legislative documents issued, jointly issued by the Minister of Home Affairs of Vietnam.
Several circulars by the Minister of Home Affairs of Vietnam will be annulled, including:
- Circular 19/2001/TT-BTCCBCP guiding the implementation of Decree 71/2000/ND-CP which regulates the extension of the working time of officials until the retirement age.
- Circular 03/2006/TT-BNV guiding the implementation of several provisions in Decree 35/2005/ND-CP on the handling of disciplinary actions for officials.
- Circular 08/2007/TT-BNV guiding the implementation of Decree 107/2006/ND-CP which regulates the responsibility of the heads of agencies, organizations, and units upon the occurrence of corruption within their managed organizations to the public service provider, state enterprises, and social, professional-social organizations using state budget and assets.
- Circular 14/2012/TT-BNV guiding the implementation of Decree 41/2012/ND-CP on job positions in public service providers.
- Circular 05/2013/TT-BNV guiding the implementation of Decree 36/2013/ND-CP on job positions and official structuring.
- Circular 07/2015/TT-BNV defining job titles, codes, and professional standards for officials in the agriculture and rural development sectors.
- Circular 03/2016/TT-BNV guiding the establishment and operation of Management Councils in public service providers.
- Circular 06/2017/TT-BNV defining the codes and professional titles for pre-university teachers.
- Circular 07/2018/TT-BNV defining the appointment and salary arrangement for pre-university teacher positions.
- Circular 09/2018/TT-BNV, dated September 13, 2018, by the Minister of Home Affairs, defining codes for market management officials.
- Circular 12/2019/TT-BNV detailing the implementation of several provisions of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP which details the implementation of several provisions of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
