To amend some document forms in administrative procedures under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs when removing physical household registration book

On August 29, 2023, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 08/2023/ TT-MOLISA amending Circulars and joint circulars with regulations related to the submission and presentation of physical household registration books, temporary residence books or documents requiring confirmation of residence when carrying out administrative procedures in the field of state management of the Ministry in Vietnam.

To amend some document forms in administrative procedures under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs when removing physical household registration book in Vietnam

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs has amended a number of document forms related to administrative procedures under the Ministry's management when removing paper household registration books, paper temporary residence books, or documents requiring confirmation of residence from the forms issued together with Circular 08/2023/TT-BLDTBXH, specifically as follows:

- Amend the Forms issued with Circular 57/2015/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the Charter of vocational education centers as follows:

+ Change Form No. 1 to Form No. 28;

+ Change Form No. 6 to Form No. 29;

+ Change Form No. 8 to Form No. 30.

- Amend the Forms issued with Circular 14/2021/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the Charter of secondary schools as follows:

+ Change Form No. 01 to Form No. 31;

+ Change Form No. 03 to Form No. 32;

+ Change Form No. 09 to Form No. 33;

+ Change Form No. 12 to Form No. 34.

- Amend the Forms issued with Circular 15/2021/TT-BLDTBXH regulating College Charters as follows:

+ Change Form No. 01 to Form No. 35;

+ Change Form No. 03 to Form No. 36;

+ Change Form No. 09 to Form No. 37;

+ Change Form No. 12 to Form No. 38.

- Amend Form No. 05, Appendix I issued with Circular 21/2021/TT-BLDTBXH detailing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Guest Workers into Form No. 39.

Note: Forms of documents that are part of documents for carrying out administrative procedures that have been received before October 12, 2023 take effect but have not yet been resolved will continue to be resolved according to the provisions of the Circular, the Joint Circular that has not been amended, supplemented, or repealed by Circular 08/2023/TT-BLDTBXH.

Circular 08/2023/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect on October 12, 2023.
