The Government Office of Vietnam issued Notice 422/TB-VPCP dated October 19, 2023 on the conclusion of the meeting of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council, including the content and agreement to launch the Emulation Movement "Remove temporary and dilapidated houses" from now until 2025.

Specifically, the Central Emulation and Commendation Council discussed and agreed to launch the Emulation Movement "Remove temporary and dilapidated houses" from now until 2025.

It is recommended that the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and relevant agencies to organize implementation.

With this task, the Ministry of Home Affairs is assigned to: urgently carry out preparations to launch the emulation movement "Remove temporary houses and dilapidated houses" from now until 2025; and report to the Prime Minister in October 2023.

Focus on rewarding workers, farmers, direct employees, and scientists

Further promote the role and responsibility of the leader in discovering, praising, and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding and extraordinary achievements, courageous individuals who save people and property, etc.

Focus on rewarding workers, farmers, direct workers, scientists, officers, soldiers of the armed forces, teachers, doctors, etc.

Pay attention to rewarding collectives and individuals at grassroots levels in remote areas, border areas, islands, ethnic minority areas, typical women, and vulnerable people with self-reliance.

Proactively propose rewards for businesses and entrepreneurs who promote production, do a good job of creating jobs, create livelihoods for workers and people, and actively participate in charity and social security activities; Vietnamese groups, individuals living abroad, and international friends have made many contributions to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
