To agree on the use of data on officials in the consolidated curriculum vitae in Vietnam

The Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam provides guidance on updating, connecting, and sharing data with the National Database on officials and public employees in Vietnam. To be specific: 

- Unified use of information fields on Vietnamese officials and public employees in the Consolidated Resume for updating data on Vietnamese officials and public employees into the National Database.

- Implement connection via the Integration and Data Sharing Platform at the Ministry/provincial level and the National Data Exchange Platform (NDXP) or directly through NDXP using the dedicated data transmission network of the Communist Party agencies, State agencies, and methodologies for cooperation among related units.

- Ensure information security at the required level before connecting with the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees.

- Some solutions to resolve difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process to ensure the completion of tasks according to the set schedule.

- Organize conferences to deeply understand and implement the above contents to the leaders of the Organization and Personnel Department (or the Organization and Personnel Board) of Ministries, ministry-level agencies, and agencies under the Government of Vietnam; Leaders of the Department of Home Affairs of 63 provinces and centrally-run cities.

Details on the results of data updates and synchronization of Ministries, ministry-level agencies, and agencies under the Government of Vietnam are published on the information portal of the Ministry of Home Affairs at the address: https://moha.gov.vn/DATA/DOCUMENT/2023/04/CSDLQG_Vietnamese official and public employee.pdf at 12:00 PM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the units to monitor, inspect, and urge.

To ensure the assigned quality and schedule, the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam requests the Ministers, Heads of ministry-level agencies, and agencies under the Government of Vietnam to focus intensively on directing the upgrade of the management systems for Vietnamese officials and public employees managed by their units and fully updating the data fields on Vietnamese officials and public employees under their management to ensure data is “Exact - Complete - Clean - Alive”;

Simultaneously, ensure the connection and synchronization of data with the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees to meet the schedule stipulated in Resolution 50/ND-CP dated April 08, 2023, of the Government of Vietnam.
